15.25x20.25" professionally framed and double-matted display has vintage photo portrait of Roosevelt and 5.5x6.5" letter dated Dec. 8, 1932. Typed letter has New York City address at top and reads "My Dear Mrs. Baker: Thank You Very Much For Your Very Kind Letter. I Appreciate It Greatly And I Am Glad That My Article Pleased You. Perhaps Sometime After I Am In Washington You Will Be Kind Enough To Come And See Me. Very Sincerely Yours, Eleanor Roosevelt (Mrs. Franklin D. Roosevelt)." Given date, FDR had been elected to his first term as president and she refers to their move to the Capitol in her letter. Folded once as mailed with crease in upper right hand corner and light aging. Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
