11.5x15" frame contains vintage bw photo portrait showing FDR in profile with embossed "Harris & Ewing Washington DC" name. Photo is inscribed in black ink "For George Hibbard From His Friend Franklin D. Roosevelt." Photo has age shadow around portrait and covering inscription which has lightened slightly over the years. This dust shadow gives a unique framing appearance to photo. VF. Comes with PSA and Hake's COA.
