Item Description
Four illustration boards measuring about 15x20". c. 1940s. Pen and ink illustrations for "Short Stories" pulp. "The Boatman Is A Lucky Man." Shows 2 men in rowboat as man aims rifle at them. "Men Who Wouldn't Die! Tale Of A Chance" features aerial battle border with aviators and exploding planes. "Men Who Wouldn't Die! Job To Finish" features Indian on the warpath. "Unknown Partner" features man emerging from trap door with pistol pointed at him. Boards have scattered varying degrees of aging/dust soiling and are overall Fine/VF.
