From Power House candy bar for 1951-1952 "Flying Tiger" TV series. Base is red plastic. Top of the ring is in glow-in-the-dark plastic and the sides and top carry the text. Top center has slightly domed metallic reflector. Top of ring slides off to reveal compartment on the underside which holds a brass whistle referred to in the instruction sheet (not included) as "Hidden Alarm Whistle." Whistle has N. Mint luster and ring displays Mint although the glowing capacity of the ring top has lessened with age. Fairly lengthy, about 60 seconds, light exposure still produces a soft glow but don't expect too much. Scarce.
