Similar to item #1191 but this has adjustable brass base with the character name at the top of each band accented by a pair of lightning bolts. The glow-in-the-dark plastic top is the same as item #1191 except the words "Flying Tigers" are not pressed into the side panels. Secret compartment holds miniature whistle with most luster. Ring bands also have most luster but just a little loss along the upper edge of one band. Ring top has decent glowing power but not brilliant. From 1948 and overall an Exc. example of a scarce ring.
