Brass base with adjustable bands has small shield design on each upper side while the top has a plastic cover held in a hinged brass circle. Hinged cover can be lifted up and interior holds a piece of glow-in-dark paper coated with luminous material. Not a ring noted for its bright luster, but this example has much deeper and richer luster than most. Ring is essentially Mint as issued and the glow power is outstanding.
