Item Description
9.75x10.5" glossy stiff paper brown covers, although nearly entire front cover is an applied paper label. This features Mickey playing 1-string banjo-like instrument standing atop table. From 1931 with early copyright text "With Consent Of Walter E. Disney & By Arrangement With Ideal Films Ltd." Issued in Great Britain with 6 blank paper sheets. Complete with 6 issued 8.5x8.5" fabric hankies, each in different color with bw graphics, featuring early images, each with faint black text along lower margin reading "Mickey Mouse (Copyright)." Hankies show Mickey bowing (2 different colored hankies with same image), looking at winged insect, playing piano, smiling devilishly and singing while sweeping with broom. Light aging to hankies but these do not appear used in any way and are Fine/VF overall. Book itself shows wear from handling with dust soiling and creasing to paper label. VG/Fine. Only the fourth book we've seen in our 41 years and rare w/this many hankies.
