Item Description
8" tall tin litho with heavy cast iron counterweight on reverse. 1930s. Unsure of original purpose of this piece. By tilting him forwards and backwards, his arms fly out which have red "stop"circles on them. As there is an uneven area between his feet, there is a possibility this was cut or removed from another toy or from an elaborate game. Still a nice piece to put with your tin toy cars and trucks for display. Piece shows scattered wear in the form of paint chips and scratches and about one-third of his badge has been worn off with some color touch-ups around it. Fine.
