11x12.5" artboard with acrylic painting by Mary Blair. c. 1960. For Disneyland-Fantasyland attraction that opened on May 28, 1966 having been moved from the 1964-1965 New York World's Fair. One of the most popular Disneyland attractions with its instantly recognizable theme song "It's A Small World After All." Shows Mayan scene with boy and girl, boy wearing elaborate headdress and matching tunic, girl with matching dress and head scarf. Pair stands in front of Mayan pyramid with moon overhead, flanked on either side by grass thatched roof huts on stilts with winding river in foreground and tropical foliage at top with 3 parrots. Pin holes at corner but displays Exc. Beautiful and colorful art.
