Item Description
10.75x12.75" professionally framed and matted display contains bw photo image of Wilson and letter matted to 6.5x8.5". Letter is on White House stationery and dated 30 December 1920. Typed letter reads "My Dear Eagle: Your letter of the twenty-eighth, written from the executive office, really delighted me. I hope you know how I value and how proud I am of your generous friendship. With the season's best wishes, cordially and sincerely yours, Woodrow Wilson." Letter was to Joe H. Eagle of the House of Representatives. Letter has been folded once as mailed with tiny age spot about an inch below Wilson's signature. Signature remains bold. Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
