11x14" matte contains bw photo showing President Truman with Oregon congresswoman Edith Starrett Green, who served 1955-1974. Truman has signed in brown ink "Kindest Regards To Honorable Edith Green From Harry Truman 12-7-62." .25" nick in top line of inscription which is noticeable, but does not really affect inscription. VF/Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
