Item Description
4-7/8x6-7/8" vintage photo shows famed film comedian in fedora. Herbert is best known for his "Hoo-Hoo-Hoo" catch phrase which in turn inspired Curley of the Three Stooges' famous "Woo-Woo." Signed in black ink "Best Wishes Hugh Herbert." The "Best Wishes" part of the inscription has light fade. Overall Exc. Comes with Hake's COA.
