13/16" with the letters of their names stamped in high relief. Lettering is in brass luster while the bkg. color of the button was dark red. Most of the red remains but for some reason what seems to be black ink was added primarily around the outer perimeters of each name. Reverse of the piece has its original full brass luster and holds a standard spring pin as issued. Still displays with nice luster and color.
