Item Description
9/16" brass showing their logo of 3 workers with bkg. of red enamel and rim of blue enamel surrounding their full name. Reverse is threaded post with screw-on cap. Group was a Communist-affiliated insurance and fraternal organization founded in the 1930s after a split from the group The Workmen's Circle. The group accepted members of all ethnicites although its Jewish section was the largest sub-group of the order. Around WWII the group had almost 200,000 members. This member lapel stud dates from the 1930s. First we've seen. N. Mint and displays Mint.
