Item Description
5.75x6x7.75" cardboard box has illustrations on all four sides and top. Text on box includes "She Turns/She Dances/She Jumps Over The Moon." Side panels have text including "She Rides, Sits, Stands Up And Lies Down To Chew Her Cud." Made by "Wood Commodities Corp., New York 17, N.Y. © 1944." Two .5" tears on end box flap, lt. surface dust but images remain colorful. Box is sturdy and Fine. Inside box is wooden painted toy w/Elsie unattached as designed. When assembled, toy stands 6x7.5x10" tall. 1x1.75" oval foil label on top of toy base reads "Elsie As The Cow That Jumped Over The Moon/© Borden Co./Wood Commodities Corp." Elsie's facial features and daisy necklace are nicely detailed. Fabric tail w/brown ribbon remains like new. Toy appears unused. Lt. ripple in foil label o/w very N. Mint.
