4.25x4.25x10" tall. Tapered black painted wooden base has metal plaque area on front reading "American Water Works Association Achievement Award." Has space below for name. On top of base is 7" tall metal figure of man w/blue painted head in shape of water drop. Scattered paint loss on blue paint and eye accents, scattered tiny pin dots on silver luster. c. 1960s. The Association is an international non-profit scientific and educational society dedicated to the improvement of drinking water quality and supply. Displays VF.
