Item Description
One of six jugate designs pictured in “Threads Of History” by Collins. Cotton, 20.75x19.75”. Text below the portraits reads “James A. Garfield/Republican Candidate For President” and “Chester A. Arthur/Republican Candidate For Vice-President.” Tiny text on upper right-hand corner “Cochrane’s Turkey Red.” Moderate tan marks slightly noticeable on the cream bkgs. around the portraits and some small additional marks on the lower portion of Arthur’s jacket. .5” tan mark on far right border. Still Fine with intense color and no holes or tears.
