Certificate explains "Strictly Limited To Only 500 Pieces/An Extremely Rare, Very Special Collectors Item/An Authentic Piece Of Plains High School/Hand-Crafted & Personally Signed By Jimmy Carter/39th President Of The United States." Text goes on to explain "This Item Sold For Fund Raising Only To Restore Plains High School, Plains, Georgia." Certifcate is signed by Maxine N. Reese/P.J. Wise/Bob Linzey/Sybil Carter (Notary at large) and hand-dated 5th of September, 1991. Bold, inked "Jimmy Carter" signature on 3.5x4x.5" thick block of wood. Stamped on back in block print "Hand Crafted By Jimmy Carter." Mint as issued. Comes with Hake's COA.
