9x9.5" printed cotton. Text is in French. Center illustration shows large cago ship being unloaded at port. Mis-spelled name on ship reads "Lou Gherieg." Red/blue on white flags surround image. Additional text includes "Rouen 3 Mars 1945/Renaissance De L'Industrie Cotonniere Normande." Also in red/blue letters are words "Amerique" and "France." Text along margin includes "Le S/S Lou Ghereig A Commence Le Decharge Ment A Rouen Le 3 Mars 1945." Also "Balle De Couton Debarquee En Normandie Apres La Liberation." Purpose is uncertain but appears patriotic w/bright rwb colors. Folded. Exc.
