Item Description
Lot of six 10x12" sheets of animation paper with art done in lead pencil with additional colored pencil accents. From scene where Hardy throws pie at Laurel who ducks his head into his shoulders. Drawing #s 15, 21 and 30 show Hardy in typically 7x7" areas; Drawing #s 26, 30 and 35 show Laurel, with pie flying towards him and image areas typically measuring 6.75x8". Additional production notations on some sheets. From 1938 Silly Symphony. Drawing #15 has 1/8x2.25" streak of blue ink at lower right-hand corner. Rest of sheets have lt. handling and aging but remain clean and art is Exc.
