Item Description
Pair of 10x12" sheets of animation paper with art done in lead pencil with additional colored pencil accents. Bkg. layout drawing of Stan Laurel of Laurel & Hardy fishing in tin can is primarily done in blue colored pencil. Dual images of Laurel and his fishing pole indicating movement, one showing line still in water and the other showing Laurel pulling back, revealing fish. Image area measures 8.5x10.5". Comes with bkg. instruction card which is dated Jan. 26, 1938. Staple holes along top margin and lt. handling/aging but sheet remains clean and art is Exc. Comes with drawing #33 which has image area measuring 7.75x10" and shows scene of Laurel fishing in tin can. Additional production notations at art. From 1938 Silly Symphony.
