Advertises a series of "3 Colorful Gliding Plane Models" that include Grumman Hellcat, Lockheed Lightning and P-51 Mustang. Includes illustration of boy holding plane while he sends the other 2 into air. Text notes "Aunt Jemima Squadron Insignia On Wings." Bottom center illustration of premium book cover with "Big 16 Page Aviation Book Illustrated In Colors, Planes Of Yesterday, Today And Tomorrow...Aviation Highlights." At lower right is inset Aunt Jemima product box and text notes that the 3 planes and book were available for 10¢ and box top. Bottom margin ad text for Aunt Jemima radio program. Scattered light trace of aging and dust soiling, a number of scattered hairline ripples in thin paper as originally applied to backing board although these are in no way distracting. Still displays nicely with great color. VF. 9.5x13" prototype envelope is standard brown paper envelope with 8x9.5" sheet of tracing paper attached to front half. Has art/text done in lead pencil and features illustration of the 3 planes flying over book. Envelope has post-paid block added in lead pencil at top right corner. Text includes "Here Are Your Aunt Jemima Gliding Planes And Your Big Pictures Story Book Of Aviation" along with return address of Quaker Oats. Scattered trace of aging from glue used to adhere to envelope, 5" crease along bottom left corner with small .25" flake on left edge. Fine. Lot also includes 3 photostats which are both positive and negative of the color ad and negative of the envelope. All are clean but 2 have corner creases and 1 has vertical fold at center. VF.
