14.75x28" frame contains original pen and ink w/zipatone accents art that has been professionally double-matted to 6.75x20". Art is for Jan. 29 daily strip from c. 1948 and has strip No. 2838 in first panel. 3-panel story involves Superman capturing Tommy Gun toting bankrobbers. Art is by noted Silver Age Superman comic artist Wayne Boring. Faint scattered 1" strip of glue staining along bottom margins, but art displays VF/Exc. overall.
