Large text at center reads “Rexall Amos ‘N Andy Value Spot – Serve Yourself – And Save” while text by blue/white portraits reads “On The Air Every Sunday Evening.” Sign is designed to be mounted on a pair of posts. c. 1940s. By "Advertising Metal Display Company." One side has very faint trace of age toning to white areas of the “Value Spot” center design. This includes a 1” wide band across the bottom plus other scattered tiny spots. This side also has 9” long vertical hairline surface mark but not a scratch and no paint is removed. These defects are exceedingly minor and really only noticeable when viewed closely. Opposite side of design shows very little wear. Sign has some minor scattered wear along extreme edges, but overall appearance is very bright and glossy. VF. A very large and impressive display piece. Rare.
