Item Description
7.5" tall exceptionally well made fully jointed hand-painted wood doll reminiscent of those made by Schoenhut and Ideal. Has felt hat and bow tie. Keith Kaonis is known for his one-of-a-kind wooden Disney and other folk art creations (see Horace and Clarabelle #632). Underside of one foot has hand-inked text "Ub Iwerks Flip The Frog #2 For Ted Hake By Keith Kaonis 1981." A superb and early creation by Kaonis. Mint as made.
