Item Description
This medal is 34mm (1-3/8") and the only larger piece for him in 1864 is 35mm. Front has large bust with his name and rank while reverse has stylized eagle surrounded by stars and wreath with the slogan "One Flag And One Union Now And Forever." Gorgeous brass luster, deep and rich and some areas have rainbow-like patina. Essentially Mint.
