3.5x5.5” real sepia toned photo postcard featuring a topless (though discreetly posed) image of Josephine Baker playing with a toy elephant. French postcard issue with studio name in lower right corner of photo. c. late 1920s-early 1930s. Scattered aging/handling wear. VF. One of the best Josephine Baker postcards, featuring a fantastic image. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake’s COA.
