10.75x24”. Framed. Well done very colorful likeness of Goldwater in pencil and pastels on art paper cut out and applied to red paper bkg. Yellow lettering with a few tiny paint flakes reads “In Your Heart, You Know He’s Right.” Three vertical folds appear in red bkg. Minimal and tiny edge chipping. Not offensive. Fine. Displays well in frame.
