Castro, seen here as a porcupine glares at the growling dog identified as “O.A.S. Majority.” The Organization Of American States excluded Cuba as an active member of the organization in 1962. Pen and grease pen with artist signature lower left. Kansas City Star. Artwork is bright, clean and Exc.
