19” tall. c. 1930s. Molded composition and wood. Character’s name is “Bandy.” Slots in hands for holding advertising cards. Holds original baton. Tiny cameo decal on bottom of foot. “GE” decal logo on hat and collar (slightly darkened with age but intact). Lt. crazing to face visible under close inspection. Professional restoration to sides of body. Missing belt. White pants lightly aged, not offensive. Figure easily displays upright. Difficult to find this nice. Fine.
