Item Description
Lot of two. First is 11x14” sheet music. ©1903. “My Little Coney Isle.” Nice boardwalk scene with Waldorf Astoria sign on building. Handling wear mostly along edges. Does not affect center image. VG. Second is 7.75x10” softbound “Views Of Coney Island.” 32 pages. 1909. Embossed cover. Trace of insect damage to top edge of cover, o/w cover Fine. Book is filled with page after page of Coney Island interiors/exteriors. All visitors appear to be dressed in suits and long dresses. Views include several Luna Park, night scenes, Dream Land, beach scenes, hotels and attractions. Contents VF. Additional photos online. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake’s COA.
