1.5” tall finely detailed cartoonish figure of Uncle Sam with elements of his outfit designed and colored like the American flag. His top hat has small “U.S.” inscription. His stomach area below his vest is greatly extended as if he were pregnant and the waistband on the lower edge has inscription “Expansion.” Both luster and paint accents are in superb essentially Mint condition.
