10.5x13.5” complete Jul. 30, 1965 issue features full color photo of Yankees legend Mickey Mantle on cover with “Mantle’s Misery” heading. Magazine has 8-page article on the decline of Mantle’s baseball career as he grew older and acquired more injuries. Article has several bw photos. Mantle has signed on front cover in blue felt tip pen adding “No. 7.” Issue has moderate handling wear with pinch creases to spine and aging to pages with some corner creases. Original mailing label partially remains. Fine/VF. Signature area remains bold and Exc. Comes with Hake’s COA.
