Item Description
2x3.5x4.75" tall toy w/built-in key. Comes in plain but original brown cardboard box. 1940s marked "Made In Occupied Japan." Lt. box aging, lid has .5" edge tear. VF. The boy figure is attached to painted tin scooter which has bell attachment. Toy works and travels in a circle as the bell rings. Boy's separate arms are a bit loose as strung o/w N. Mint.
