We Had An Unbreakable Bond Of Friendship From The First Day I Shook His Hand In The Spring Of 1949 In The Office Of George Washington Trendle. Being The Lone Ranger And Hopefully Influencing Many People Was Another Wonderful Thing In My Life. The Lone Ranger Represents That Which Is Good, Pure And Sincere. The Lone Ranger Creed Sums These Beliefs Up So Well. One Of My Favorite Beliefs Held Within The Creed Is ‘I Believe That To Have A Friend, A Man Must Be One.’ This Is So True And Could Be Looked Upon For Guidance In This Crazy Dog-Eat-Dog World. Try And Remember The Lone Ranger Theme And Hold Yourself Up To The Lone Ranger Standards....” Letter ends with Lone Ranger theme song and has been signed by Moore in black felt tip pen “Clayton Moore The Lone Ranger.” This very interesting letter from 1999 is one of the last letters Moore signed. Dates to sometime between his birthday of Sep. 14th to his death a few months later on Dec. 28, 1999. Letter has been folded as mailed and is Exc.
