Item Description
22x28.25” thin cardboard signed printed by Globe Poster Co. of Baltimore, MD. for Sep. 8, 1957 “1-1/2 Hour Action Show” at the Portland Exposition Building in Portland, ME. This show starred “TV’s Top 3 All In Person!” and shows bw photo images of Clayton Moore as The Lone Ranger seated on Silver, Jay Silverheels as Tonto and Lassie. Sign also has nice large bullet graphic at bottom reading “Free Silver Bullet To Every Child!” This exceptional-looking sign is rare on its own and has the added attraction of being signed in blue ink by both Moore and Silverheels, Moore adding “The Lone Ranger” name, Silverheels adding “Tonto” character name and personalizing “To Tommy.” Heavy horizontal fold at center with 1.25” tear at left. This fold/tear does not affect signatures in any way, each displaying Exc. Sign is Fine overall. Most impressive dual-signed vintage piece we’ve ever offered. Comes with Hake’s COA.
