Metal tube 3/8” dia. by 3” long. Removing red cover reveals somewhat worn wick but working flint wheel. Tube exterior has about a dozen exceedingly tiny and minor paint dots off or small marks but piece remains extremely clean overall. Text on tube reads “Friend Of The People/Harry S. Truman/Foe Of Privilege/Harry S. Truman/Compliments Of Mo. State Dem. Com.” See following pencil. Clean and near VF. Scarce.
