Item Description
4x4x.25” thick. c. 1950s. Top of plate has embossed logo with “SR” (Seamless Rubber). Text below reads “Major League/Save-A-Leg Home Plate/Patented/Official/The Seamless Rubber Co./New Haven, Conn.” Hard rubber. Small crazing along beveled edges. Does not affect top text. VF. One of the most interesting salesman samples we’ve seen and first we’ve offered in our 44 years.
