Item Description
Great 1950s space toy consists of 8x10x7" tall tin litho building and 10" long hard plastic spaceship marked "Pyro."  Ship has raised lettering on body "Space-Cruiser X-300."  Inside front nose cone is seated spaceman figure, body of ship has diecut port holes and thin tail fins which were easily broken but these are complete and intact.  Ship is free-wheeling.  Roof of building is marked "Space Port Planetary Cruiser Patrol" and includes pair of "radar" images of spaceships.  Sides feature great graphics of spacemen, spacecraft, planets, stars, etc.  Has spring-loaded launching mechanism which is designed to shoot the ship out of the space port.  Mechanism works.  Tiniest traces of wear but set is Exc. to N. Mint overall.  Choice condition and rarely found this nice.  Great design.
