7x9” trimmed vintage news photo shows surreal scene with comedian Jack Benny in drag standing beside Al Jolson in black face. Attached mimeographed sheet on reverse reads “Know ‘Em? The Gentleman At Right Might Be Recognized By Veteran Movie Goers As Al Jolson. He Is Pictured In Black Face For The First Time In 21 Years But The ‘Lady’ On The Left — No, That Is Not Gracie Allen, That Believe It Or Not Is Jack Benny As Gracie Allen. They Are Shown During Intermission Of The Friar’s Frolic In Which A Million-Dollar Array of Talent Performed For Charity At The Philharmonic Auditorium In Los Angeles." Sheet is dated
