Lot of five 3.5x5.5” post cards. c. early 1900s. Interesting group of novelty post cards. Two are fold-out scenic view cards. Each has 12 bw scenic views from “Ambleside/Eastbourne.” Both are postally used and mailed in England. Lt. wear to fold-out crease. Lt. spotting on reverse. Overall Fine. Next is an embossed card with applied faux French bank note. Bright colors. Exc. Next is illustrated card with silver highlights showing Golly and Peg from original book series. Lt. corner bumps. VF. Last is a framed card with verses in applied booklet. Delightful illustration of girl holding Golliwog and sprig of holly while pulling wheeled cat toy. Professionally framed in 8x10” gold luster frame. Matted. Ready for display. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake’s COA.
