Item Description
Double-sided 3.5x5.5” card. c. 1930s. Each side features cartoon illustration of Mae West. One in bar in revealing costume as bartender pours beer. Two pictures of nude women on back wall. West catchphrase “Come Up And See Me Sometime” printed at bottom of card. Other side shows West squatting to urinate as 3 men watch her, word balloon reading “How’m I Doin’ Boys?” Below West’s bottom and beer stein on other side, cellophane window shows colored sand to simulate beer (brown sand) and urine (yellow sand). Few age spots. Still VF for this type of item. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake’s COA.
