Item Description
While this group of 12 rings from the 60s through the 80s break down to 4 basic image variations, there are in addition a number of different ring base variations. The ring with wide light blue border alternates between large cross and scene of Baby Jesus on Joseph’s shoulder. Next are a group of six rings consisting of color image of adult Jesus which alternates with image of Mary. Four of these are on a 1960s silver plastic style base marked under the ring top “Hong Kong.” Two additional rings with essentially the same image but with much sharper detailing and better color are marked on the ring base “China” and these have a letter “V” on each side band. There are 5 additional rings picturing Baby Jesus on Joseph’s shoulder which alternates to full figure image of Mary. Of these, one is an aluminum base finished in gold color, one is a wide-rimmed dark blue base, one is a very heavy mid-1960s silver plastic base and 2 are silver plastic base with “V” accent on each band and “China” at the tip of one band. All are essentially Exc. to Mint.
