Item Description
3.5x5.5” with name of paper maker “Cyko” in the stamp area of the unused reverse. Reverse is marked with ink stamp “Atlas Studio/1031 Market St/Philadelphia, PA.” Image is of young well-dressed Armenian man wearing sash across his chest standing with his hand on a contributor’s bank which rests on the table. Bank seems to be inscribed, although very faintly, with words appearing to read “Answer The President’s Call” followed by a couple of unreadable words and then the word “Armenians.” Card has hairline diagonal 2.25” long at the bottom left, o/w card is totally clean. From the Merkin Collection and comes with Hake’s COA. Rare.
