6x8.5" matted paper w/inked illustration of Buster and Tige. Inscription below reads "With Sincerest Regards To Mr. Nueman/R. F. Outcault." 3.75" long signature. Horizontal crease across top of paper does not affect faces or inscription. Image is matted and framed in 11.5x13.5" gold/black wooden frame. Illustration is c. 1900s. Very nice example. Exc.
