Item Description
Set of 7, each about 10x12”. Die-cut cardboard with easel back. c. 1938. Each Dwarf is in a different pose depicted holding a loaf of bread. Each has a separate die-cut paper label for “Schmidt’s Blue Ribbon Bread” pasted over top of the printed design of a Donald Duck bread loaf. These were all customized for this bakery and as issued. Lt. aging and very minor corner tip wear. Set is VF to Exc. Rare as a set. Very conservative opening bid when you consider we have sold individual standees for over $200.
