Item Description
Clear glass 3x3x7/8” thick with dimensional image molded on underside and accented in gold. Underside glass has 1/8” dia. tiny flake off right edge. About 12% of gold is gone most noticeable between the figures and at upper left. The piece still displays beautifully. The scene is of the bears with rifle and axe, each holding a hat and with Teddy B. wearing pince-nez eyeglasses. This scene is from the front cover of the 1906 first edition book “The Roosevelt Bears – Their Travels And Adventures” by Seymour Eaton. Rare and VF.
