1.25” tall hinged pair of die-cut brass plates in the shape of a flowing American flag with element below of a hand holding a flagpole. Along the right edge, a small tab is released and the flag front springs open to 1-11/16” wide revealing real paper photos without dot patterns of McKinley and Hobart against high luster brass bkg. which is Mint except for 1/16” dark spot to the right of Hobart. The enamel paint on the flag front is missing a very minor 1/8” long sliver of blue off the bottom edge of the field. However, this example is still in superior condition as this enamel paint was very prone to flaking off the brass. A beautiful example rarely found so close to true Mint condition. Works perfectly.
