Item Description
3-1/8x5.25” pledge card with 1903 copyright by Howard Russell and 1909 copyright by the Anti-Saloon League of America. The signature and date line is lightly filled in in pencil and the penciled date can be read as “March 8, 1914.” Both Lincoln and Lee are pictured and card has the text of the pledge taken by those intending to abstain from “Intoxicating Liquors As A Beverage.” Card has very minor vertical ripple at its center causing no problem and a very slight corner crease at lower right.
