1930s. 11-1/8x23.75” thin artboard with 8.75x21” pen and ink image area with white paint color accents. Well-done drawing depicts entire factory with water tower and smokestack and people walking by on front sidewalk with 2 early period parked at curb. People and cars are original art paste-ups. All 4 sides have lt. to moderate dust soiling but most of image area is VF. Purpose unknown. Possible advertising and/or promotion. Unique. Wonderful detail.
